1. When we use the Dynamic QR:
Dynamic QR codes are flexible codes that allow the information behind them to be updated regularly without changing or reprinting the QR itself. When a user scans a dynamic QR, they are always directed to the linked webpage, where the content can be modified at any time. This makes dynamic QR ideal for situations where information needs to be refreshed or managed centrally.

2. When we use the Static QR:
Static QR codes are fixed: the data is encoded directly into the QR and cannot be changed once created. If you need to update the information, you must generate and print a new QR code. Static QR is best suited for permanent, unchanging details such as a phone number or a simple website link.

3. Free Tools and when we need to Login:
The tools I am building here are primarily for my personal use, but I also want to share them with others who may find them useful. Some features require users to log in to ensure data is stored separately for each account. Examples include menu QR creation, car maintenance management, rental room management, and house rental management. Logging in ensures that personal data is securely saved and organized per user.

4. Why the tools may not be perfect but still helpful:
These tools are optional, but your feedback helps us improve them continuously. They are designed to support everyday tasks for office workers, students, and non‑technical users. Current features, such as PDF to Word, mainly reduce manual data entry, though they are not yet 100% accurate. We are committed to improving and making them more useful over time.

5. If I need more features or enhancements, what should I do:
Please contact us for support, and we will be glad to move forward together.
